Digital Package €30.00

The €30.00 is for the shoot with one, professionally edited digital image, sent via email/online gallery. This will be sent to you within a week of the shoot, but likely a lot sooner. Prints are not included in this package. You download your digital image and then you are free to print them wherever you want. (You will receive a print release as part of your shoot which will allow you to print them or send them off to make cards, calendars etc for personal/family gift use - great for Christmas gifts! )

Additional digital images are €15.00 per image.

Print Package €60.00

This package includes everything in the Digital Package above PLUS included is your image as a beautifully printed photograph 10"x8"inches on archival photo paper, displayed in a stunning 12"*10" black & silver portrait presentation mount or similar. These make absolutely beautiful ready to go gifts for yourself or someone special. We aim to have your printed image ready for you within a week of the shoot.

Additional mounted photographs are €25.00 per image.

General

~ This photo shoot is suitable for singles, couples and small families.

~ Packages cannot be mixed.

~ Please note: Babies need to be sitting independently or will need to be held by someone in the shot.

~ Max 2 adults, 3 children.

~ If you are bringing someone else’s children, you will need to bring written parental/guardian consent.

~ As these are mini sessions with limited time, I will select the best image(s) from your shoot for editing, this keeps things relaxed on the day and guarantees the nicest result.

~ The Photographer will own all right, title and interest in all images and may use them in general promotion both online and offline. 

~ As places are extremely limited, booking fee is non refundable, however, we will try to fit you in another date/time over during the mini shoot season.

~ If the shoot cannot go ahead for any reason on the photographer’s/location provider side, your deposit will be refunded in those situations only. 

Day of Shoot Advice:

General - Please arrive ready dressed and on time. Your session is up to 10 mins for one image, up to 20 mins for 2-5 images. If you are late it will cut into your session time and you may not get all the required images.  The backdrops are suitable for couples and small family pictures. If your child is not sitting independently you will need to get into the photo with them and hold them. While light blemishes will be removed during the retouching phase, please make sure any plasters etc. on kids - that are not needed - are removed. Please make sure children have napped and eaten and perhaps bring a bottle/drinks if necessary any bribes that might help with the kids sitting still. For toddlers wearing skirts, please use tights or clothing that covers nappies as these cannot be edited out. We may ask you to take your shoes off, depending on the flooring. No food or drink at the backdrops. Children must be supervised at all times, there is studio lighting and other electrical equipment. If you are bringing someones else's children, please bring a signed note confirming parent/guardians have read these terms and conditions and are giving their permission for the shoot.

Clothes - Do put on those wonderful Christmas jumpers/clothes/outfits etc. but try to make sure all the peoples clothes go well together. Traditional Christmas colours looks great (reds, greens etc.)   

Make-Up, Tan, Nail Varnish etc.  - Go very easy on foundation (or wear none!) this can look very orange in photos and cannot be retouched. Please try to avoid using fake tan if possible as it will not look good in professional portraits and will not be retouched. Make sure any makeup, nail varnish etc is not chipped and goes with the Christmas colour scheme or remove it please. 

Hair -Hair down, pigtails and pigtail plaits can look lovely. Hair that is just back in an ordinary ponytail may not look the very best for photos, especially for fine haired children.
