Christmas Mini Shoots - TERMS & CONDITIONS and general information.
Please note that booking is not complete until €50 deposit has been paid and your time has been confirmed. Payment can be made via Revolut or Card.
This photo shoot is suitable for singles, couples and families. Please note: Babies need to be sitting independently or held by someone in the shot. Max 2 adults, 4 children
The fee is €85.00. As places are extremely limited, a €50 non-refundable deposit will be needed to confirm booking. The fee includes the photo shoot (15-20 minutes) and 5 High Resolution, Professionally Retouched digital images. These will be sent to you via a private on line gallery within a week of the shoot, but likely sooner. If you are bringing someone else’s children, we will need written parental/guardian consent. Not included – physical prints, if you want to purchase prints directly via the online gallery, you can do so at additional cost. You can then download them to print them wherever you want. (You will receive a print release as part of your shoot that will allow you to print them or send them off to make cards, calendars etc for personal/family gift use.
The Photographer will own all right, title and interest in all images and may use them in general promotion both online and offline. If for any reason the photography shoot cannot go ahead for any reason on the photographer’s/location provider side, your deposit will be refunded in those situations only. By proceeding with booking you agree to the terms and conditions set out above.
Day of Shoot Advice:
General - Please arrive ready dressed and on time. Your session is up 15-20 min long, if you late it will cut into your session time and you may not get all the required images. The backdrops are suitable for couples and family pictures. If your child is not sitting independently you will need to get into the photo with them and hold them. While light blemished will be removed during the retouching phase please make sure any plasters etc. on kids, that are not needed, are removed. Please make sure children have napped and eaten and perhaps bring a bottle/drinks if necessary any bribes that might help with the kids sitting still. For little tots wearing skirts , do try to dress them hide the nappy with tights etc as it cannot be edited out. We may ask you to take your shoes off, depending on the flooring. No food or drink at the backdrops. Children must be supervised at all times, there is studio lighting and other electrical equipment. If you are bringing someones else's children, please bring a signed note confirming parent/guardians have read these terms and conditions and are giving their permission for the shoot.
Clothes - Do put on those wonderful Christmas jumpers/clothes/outfits etc. but try to make sure make sure all the peoples clothes go well together. Traditional Christmas colours looks great (reds, greens etc.)
Make-Up, Tan, Nail Varnish etc. - Go very easy on foundation (or wear none!) this can look very orange in photos and cannot be retouched. Please try to using avoid fake tan if possible as it will not look good in professional portraits and will not be retouched. Make sure any makeup, nail varnish etc is not chipped and goes with the Christmas colour scheme or remove it please.
Hair -Hair down, pigtails, pigtail plaits can look lovely, hair just back in an ordinary ponytail may not look the best for photos, especially for fine haired children.
